About Frank Dimondi

Experienced. Innovative.

Owner Frank Dimondi was born and raised in a large family-owned construction materials business named Wyoming Concrete Industries, located in Delaware, that served the entire Mid-Atlantic Region. Frank graduated from The Peddie High School located in Hightstown, NJ and then moved on to graduate from Washington College located in Chestertown, MD.


After college Frank joined the family materials supply business full-time where he spent over 16 years as an owner being involved in the daily operations and marketing and sales. While maintaining a key role in the successful expansion of the family business Frank was branching out and increasing his portfolio to include commercial and residential construction. In 2001 Frank and his brother Bill sold the 3rd generation family business to the 6th largest company in the Country. Frank then committed to develop commercial and residential properties full-time.

Since 2001 Frank has been involved in the development of numerous commercial properties and has pushed forward with multiple residential projects that include the Wynsome Knoll Townhome Development and the creation of Salt Air Homes. Frank's extensive experience with building materials throughout his entire life has benefited the customers and clients that he deals with on a daily basis. While at his family business Frank was recognized by his peers as an materials innovator who was constantly looking to build commercial and residential structures safer, faster, stronger, and more cost competitive and energy efficient.


Today, Frank continues that trend and works with his fellow team members to build the best homes in the market. Frank is an avid sports fan, enjoys working out and spending time with his wife and children.
